1800 numbers have an initial setup of $55
1800 numbers have the usual cost of diverting to mobile (15c per min) Plus an 8c per min surcharge on the incoming call.
The 15c per min call to mobile is calculated from the time the call is answered.
The 8c per min inbound surcharge is calculated from the time the caller dials your 1800 number.
